Having been in the art world for eight years as a critic and curator, I know that artists have a very tough time with their bodies. Whether you are a painter; sculptor; photographer; graphic designer; musician; or anything else in the repertoire of artistic nuances, chances are you have pain somewhere. Leaning; bending; crawling; hunching; etc. leads to low back pain; tight shoulders; tight hamstrings; tight hip flexors; and neck pain. The worst part about it all is that with tightness everywhere, it is hard to open your heart and your emotions in allowance of your creativity to flow as it should.
Yoga for Artists was created specifically with these things in mind. I will help you stretch, strengthen, lengthen, open, and free yourself from physical constrictions that making art tends to impede.
