- Pranayama : 18 Hours
- Meditation : 33 Hours
- Mudras & Bandhas : 10 Hours
- Ayurveda (Introduction) : 8 Hours
- Sanskrit (Introduction) : 7 Hours
- Chanting & Japa: 5 Hours
- Yogic Lifestyle: 4 Hours
- Business & Ethics of Yoga: 8 Hours
- Asana, Sequencing, Adjustments: 55 Hours
- Anatomy & Physiology: 20 Hours
- Non Contact Hours: 20 Hours
For those who do not want to enroll for the entire training program, we will offer module specific training. Students also have the option of enrolling for specific modules mentioned above.
