All our classes are offered on a suggested donation basis, unless specified otherwise. Nobody will be turned back for financial constraints. Please click on the link for each class/event in the schedule below for more information. All classes are mixed level classes, catering to beginners as well as intermediate practitioners.

Class Guidelines:
 Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before a class. Please do not wear any perfurmes in a   class. Wear appropriate clothes that 'breathe' well. Honor your mind and body and practice at a pace that is comfortable to you, please don't try to compete with others.
