Raja Yoga Teacher Training for TEACHERS and beginners - 200 Hrs

This training program from Aanand Saagar Wellness Sanctuary will transform "Yoga Asana" Instructors into "Inspired & Knowledgeable" Yoga Teachers. It is designed for people with some training in yoga before but beginners can also benefit from this course.

Yoga is much more than asanas and physical exercises, it is a science of self realization. We want you to learn and perfect this science. In this 200 hour program, our experienced teacher teachers will help you integrate the Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Moral aspects of yoga into a comprehensive yoga practice, "for yourself and for your students".  This training program will be taught over 12 weekends. There will be a quick refresher of Asanas and Sequencing but "he majority" of this program will focus on the other 7 limbs of Raja Yoga. It will have a heavy emphasis on Yama, Niyama, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, Sanskrit, Morals & Ethics of teaching Yoga. 

Our program is Yoga Alliance certified.

Instructors: Arun Deva, Isabelle Du Soleil, Arvind Chittumalla and guest teachers. Our instructors will also offer mentorship to all students during the program and 3 months after the program.  

Program Dates: May 12^th – July 28^th , Saturdays & Sundays.
This program is offered in modules. One can enroll for the entire program or for only specific modules.
