- Please bring your own yoga mats. If you don't have a mat or forgot to bring your mat, you can borrow our mats for $1.
- Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before a class.
- Please do not wear any perfurmes in a class.
- Wear appropriate clothes that 'breathe' well.
- Honor your mind and body and practice at a pace that is comfortable to you, please don't try to compete with others.
